The Workshop Behind the Van
Artisan Pro was founded on a simple irritation: home repair done fast and badly. We built the opposite, and wrote down how.

Industrial-grade craft, residential care
We started as a two-person workshop restoring joinery in Paris. Clients kept asking the same question: "do you know someone this serious for plumbing? For electrical?" We didn't. So we became that team.
Today Artisan Pro brings together certified plumbers, electricians and carpenters under one roof, one standard and one fixed quote. Every craftsman on our team has spent years in their trade before joining, and keeps training in it.
We work across Paris, Lyon and Marseille, on everything from a dripping tap to a full renovation, with the same attention either way.

Precision
Measured twice, fixed once. We diagnose before we quote, and quote before we touch a tool.
Transparency
Itemized quotes, honest advice, including "this is not worth repairing" when it is true.
Durability
We repair for the next decade, not the next inspection. Materials chosen to outlast the guarantee.
Fifteen years, five chapters
How a joinery bench became a three-trade team in three cities.
-
Two benches, one trade
A joinery workshop opens in Paris 20th, restoring doors and windows for Haussmann-era buildings.
-
The question that changed us
Clients kept asking for "someone this serious" for plumbing and electrical. We hired them, trained them to our standard, and became a three-trade team.
-
Lyon
A second workshop opens near the Part-Dieu, run by a craftsman who had spent six years in the Paris team.
-
Marseille and the fixed-price list
Third city, and the year we published every common job with its price. The list has not stopped growing since.
-
One standard, three cities
Twelve certified craftsmen, one quote process and one guarantee across Paris — Lyon — Marseille. Still keeping a toolbox in every van.
