Cut the source
Water: close the main stop valve, usually under the kitchen sink or near the meter. Electricity: switch off the main breaker at the panel. Do not touch anything wet that is connected.

Emergencies are priced like any other job: fixed-price when the repair is on our list, hourly when it cannot be priced sight unseen. The only difference is a surcharge outside working hours, and you hear it on the phone before we dispatch.

How fast will someone arrive?
Typical response times are under 2 hours in Paris, under 2 hours in Lyon, under 3 hours in Marseille. We give you a firm arrival window on the phone before dispatching.
What does an emergency call-out cost?
The same rates as a planned job, plus a +30% surcharge evenings 7pm–7am, sundays and public holidays. No surcharge on Saturdays. The craftsman confirms the price on arrival, before starting.
Do you make the repair permanent on the spot?
Whenever parts allow, yes. When they do not, we make the home safe and dry, then return with a fixed quote for the permanent repair. You are never left with an open problem.
Can I get a report for my insurance?
Yes. Every emergency intervention comes with a dated report and photos describing the cause and the work done, in the format insurers ask for.
