Phone, form, or photos. Most jobs are assessed remotely within the hour, and priced from the fixed-price list when they match.
Labour, parts, and timing, line by line. If a diagnosis visit is needed, its cost is stated up front and waived when you go ahead.
Nothing starts without your signature. Emergencies are dispatched immediately; planned work is booked within 48 hours.
The invoice matches the quote. You receive it the same day with the guarantee terms and, when relevant, the certificate of conformity.
What people ask before signing a quote.
Yes. Every job starts with a free, itemized, signed quote. The only paid step is an on-site diagnosis visit when the problem cannot be assessed remotely, and that fee is deducted from the work when you go ahead.
No. The signed quote is the price. If we discover additional work once the wall is open, we stop, explain, and issue a separate quote that you are free to decline.
Labour, standard parts, travel inside our coverage area, site protection and clean-up, and the workmanship guarantee. Premium fixtures you choose are itemized separately at cost.
Only for repairs that cannot be priced sight unseen, such as leak detection or fault finding. The hourly rate, the first-hour rule and the expected duration are written in the quote before we start.
A +30% surcharge applies evenings 7pm–7am, sundays and public holidays. No surcharge on Saturdays. The surcharge is stated before we dispatch.
No travel fee inside Paris — Lyon — Marseille and the inner suburbs. For larger projects further away, travel is quoted as a single line, in advance.
Card, bank transfer or cheque. Jobs above €1,500 require a 30% deposit at signature; the balance is due on completion, once you have inspected the work.
Repair and improvement work on homes older than two years generally qualifies for a reduced VAT rate. We apply it on the quote and provide the certificate you sign.
