Before
Photos of the fault, the meter readings and the quote, filed together. Nothing is opened before it is documented.
During
Hours logged on site, parts photographed before they go in the wall. The client can ask for the file at any time.
After
Tests run with the client, certificates handed over, and the finished site photographed for this archive.
