What people ask before booking a craftsman.

Do you handle small jobs, or only renovations?

Both. A dripping tap and a full apartment renovation get the same craftsman, the same quote process and the same guarantee. Small jobs are usually priced from the fixed-price list.

Can one team handle plumbing, electrical and carpentry together?

Yes, that is the point. One quote, one point of contact, one schedule. For renovations we sequence the trades so nobody waits on anybody.

Do you supply the parts and fixtures?

Standard parts are included in fixed prices. For fixtures you choose, we can supply them at cost, itemized, or fit the ones you buy yourself.

Will I get a certificate of conformity for electrical work?

Yes, whenever the work requires one, such as a panel upgrade or a rewiring. It is included in the price and handed over at the end of the job.

How long does a typical intervention take?

Fixed-price jobs usually take one to three hours. Diagnoses and hourly repairs are given an expected duration in the quote. Renovations follow a written schedule.

Which areas do you cover?

Paris — Lyon — Marseille, including the inner suburbs, without travel fee. Larger projects further afield are quoted with travel as a single line.
