Contact form and quote requests

When you send a request through the contact form, we receive the information you type: name, phone number, email address, city, type of work and your description of the problem. We use it solely to answer you and prepare a quote. It is kept for the duration of the commercial relationship, then for the legal retention period applicable to quotes and invoices.

The form opens your own email application with the message pre-filled. Nothing is stored or transmitted by this website; the email travels directly from your mailbox to ours.

Phone calls

If you call us, we may note your name, number and the nature of the problem to organise the intervention. Calls are not recorded.

Audience measurement and cookies

This website does not use any audience measurement or advertising tool and sets no tracking cookies.

The site uses your browser's local storage for strictly functional purposes only. This storage never leaves your device.

Hosting and technical logs

The website is a set of static files served by our hosting provider, which keeps standard technical logs (IP address, requested page, date and time, browser) for security purposes and for a limited duration. The hosting provider is named in the legal notice.
